A: In order to increase employee’s technical capability, Each individual has their own technical dossier and a related career development plan. The Individual Technical Dossier is established one month after entering Richtech and renewed every half year. It is a complete record for a technical staff’s technical competence and development in his or her specialties

The Individual Career Development Plan Policy is to be used for employee’s long term career and development planning, based on individual intention, competence and skill, in conjunction with company’s real expectation.

Q: What’s the overtime and business trip policy of Richtech?
A: Based on the job nature and the project schedule, the employee may be requested to work more than their contractual hours to complete their duties. The overtime payment will be granted according to the local Labor Laws and the company’s regulated procedure. Our Employee Handbook has a detailed description regarding to all benefits and allowance.
