Project Summary:
  • The FPSU has been used for 17years and will be utilized by oil filed. After topside conversion, the FPSO will be operated for further 15 years and adjusted the topside facilities to new oil filed operation.
  • The engineering work covers basic design and detailed design.

Project Responsibility:

  • Refurbish the produced water treatment system, increase the productivity from 50 m3/h to 100m3/h. The treated water quality improved from effluent to reinjection.
  • Renew some production facilities which have been corroded including separator, heat exchanger, pumps, and mixers.
  • Modification the process and related equipments, piping, control, power supply and structure to fit the FPSO functional requirement.

Project Highlights:

  • High tracking schedule finished all design work within six months.
