Project Responsibility:

Detail Design of two 4” and 6” flow linesT

  • Detail Design of two 4” and 6” flow lines
  • Detail Design of one 35 km x10” long export pipeline
  • Detail Design of production facilities including gathering, separation, crude desalting, crude dehydration, crude stabilization, gas compressing and re-injection, gas dehydration and treating, produced water re-injection
  • Detail Design of the utility systems, including main and emergency generators, air compressors, potable water, sewage water treatment and firefighting& safety system
  • Detail Design of the auxiliary buildings including accommodations, warehouse, electrical room and control rooms
  • Procurement assistance including preparation of RFQs and POs, bid evaluation, vendor document management, FAT
  • Construction Management for pipeline laying
  • Technical assistance during construction, commissioning and start-up
