Project Summary:
- The existing pipelines is severely corrupted by high CO2 content(40-60% in gas phase)
- A new18km long pipeline with 12 inch ND in 100m water depth, connecting to existing fixed platform and the risers through riser base PLET
Project Responsibility:
- Evaluate the corrosion of the current pipelines, and generate a corrosion protection plan for new pipeline
- New pipelines design, procurement and installation
consulting services - New PLET design, including conceptual, detail and fabrication design and engineering
- Cost estimate and installation plan.
- On-site engineering support

- Replacement and installation of new pipelines and PLET without platform shutdown
